  • When I began my fitness journey in my 20s, it quickly turned into an unhealthy obsession. I developed an eating disorder that disconnected me from my body instead of strengthening it.

    Everything changed when I discovered weight lifting. Strength training helped me heal my relationship with fitness, food, and myself. I built muscle, lost fat, and—more importantly—found balance all while struggling with hormonal imbalances and bipolar disorder.

    My personal experience is why I coach with compassion to help my clients create balance in mind, body, and spirit.
